Personality: Caspian at his core is a gentleman. He carries an air of refinement to him, almost never raising his voice above polite volume. He speaks confidently, not afraid to speak his mind. Another trait of his is that he religiously sides with the underdog and does not hesitate to ally himself with the oppressed, almost compelled to help those being abused or being taken advantage of. Caspian is also deeply devoted to his team and friends, taking it to heart if one of them is hurt, either physically or emotionally.  Also, Caspian has a relatively short fuse, though he rarely expresses his anger, usually just adding some spite or harsh words when he speaks.  Another notable trait of Caspian’s is his diligence and dedication to his work, not minding long hours of work and studying.

Appearance: Caspian has short black hair, reaching the nape of his neck with bangs that pass over his deep blue, piercing eyes. He has a fairly pointed nose and chin, his eyes belaying little emotion other than slight amusement and anger. He is fairly fit, his body being toned and having little fat. Caspian also has black, tentacle-like tattoos coiling around his arms ending on the backs of his hands, long scars from jagged metal and broken glass underneath them. He commonly wears an off white high collared shirt, deep blue sailor pants, a red sash, and brown boots.  In addition to this, he also wears his battle attire, a long brown coat. Height wise, he is 6 feet tall.

Semblance:  Nemo’s semblance allow him to grow 5 translucent, blue, aura tentacles sprouting from the middle of each his arms. These tentacles are 1 to 2 inches thick and lack suckers, able to stretch up to 10 meters. Using them, Nemo is able to grasp things with a good amount of dexterity,  able to write with them, albeit in very large letters such as what one would put on a whiteboard.  He is also able to lift heavy objects so long as it is equal to or less than twice his lifting capacity. The tentacles are bullet proof but are susceptible to cutting by a sharp blade though they cannot be torn or pulled apart.

Bio: Caspian was born to a very affluent family. His father was a rich businessman, practically owning the entire city outside of Vale that Caspian grew up in. As such, he lived most of his life in their skyscraper of a home. Having nothing to do, despite the lavish furnishings and entertainment, Caspian occupied himself with reading. He was fascinated by the ocean. Growing up, Caspian avidly read about the creatures of the deep, seafaring, oceanography, marine biology, and basically anything that had to do with the oceans and seas. The only interest he had other than these was playing the organ. At first, Caspian longed to be a seafarer, to be a captain on an actual ship and sail the seas. However, this decision changed after an attack on his life.

He was riding a car with his father, on the way home from his father’s business meeting at one of their factories. Suddenly, there was an explosion that caused their car to crash. It came from above and in front of their car. It was an attack by the White Fang, the group attacking them due to several of their factories having unfair faunus labor and many of his father’s business having prejudice against faunus. He escaped with long scars snaking down his arms, his father with one across his chest. Other than that and broken bones though, the two, and their driver, were fine. From then on, his father had him tutored by a hunter, whom Caspian came to regard as an uncle-figure. With time, he learned how to use his cutlass and his pistols, having the same skill as hunters in training who had formal schooling. With that, he enrolled in Beacon to complete his training.


Battle attire:  For battle, Caspian dons a long brown coat with gold trimming and metallic cyan decals on the belt and shoulders. When worn, it reaches up to his knees. The material as bullet proof and resistant to cuts but has no protection against blunt force trauma. It is held on by several buttons and a thick leather belt with a scabbard and gun holster on the left hip. Under the holster, on the thigh area of the coat is a specialized reloading system. It appears as a brown, leather, rectangular case. At the top of the case is a fresh magazine for his pistol, the entire case containing twelve clips that are stacked and spring loaded working much like bullets in a magazine.

Fighting style:  Caspian is versatile fighter. In battle, he wields both his pistol and his sword in melee and medium ranged fighting. He is able to use both his sword and pistol one after the other, slashing and shooting in quick succession. Caspian also fights fairly flashily, spinning to take on more than one opponent, up to three, at once.

Weapon Description: The Nautilus is a 30 inch long cutlass with a brown leather hilt and a golden basket hand guard designed like tentacles. Its blade is fairly heavy and made of very strong material with one groove going down the entire length on each side. Near the hand guard is a trigger that charges the blade with electricity, powered by dust running down the grooves on it and stored in the hilt with a replaceable 'magazine' coming out of the bottom of the hilt.

Weapon Abilities: Powered by dust, electricity arcing off the blade is only as strong as static electricity. If directly hit by the blade though, the shock is strong enough to stun or injure a person or grimm.

Weapon Name: Architeuthis

Weapon Range: Medium range. It has an effective range of 70m for a stationary target and 30m for a moving target.

Weapon type: Pistol

Weapon Description : The Architeuthis is a brown hand cannon with gold, tentacle -like decals and no visible hammer. It is the side of an average .50 caliber hand gun with the words ‘Mobilis in mobili’ engraved on both sides of the barrel.

Weapon Abilities: The Architeuthis does not fire normal bullets. While they have the same power as a normal 0.50 caliber hand gun, its bullets are much more special. Though it can fire normal bullets, each of the Architeuthis’ and contains electric dust which activates on impact, releasing an electric shock into the target, stunning and injuring them like her sword.


Family:
Aegean Nemo: Caspian’s father. A wealthy business man who practically owned the city Caspian grew up in, having a stake in most, if not all, of the businesses in the city ranging from the transportation to the food industry. After the attack on his life, he now travels with a group of 6 bodyguards,  the 7th being the one that trained Caspian.
Atlanta Nemo: Caspian’s mother who cheated on his father when Caspian was just a young boy. Promptly divorced after his father found that out as well as the fact she was married to him simply for money.

Strengths and Weaknesses :
Strengths:
-Immense knowledge of marine and aquatic life.
-Knowledge of ship piloting both conventional ships and airships (limited)
-Versatile fighter
Weaknesses:
-Unarmored lower legs, head, and hands.
-Armored coat does not protect against blunt force.
-Not too familiar with unarmed combat (Resorts to simple brawling/boxing)

Looks like a very solid profile. I only have one request: Could you add a little detail as to how his sword generates electricity? Is it a simple battery? Dust? After that, you should be good for a recommendation.
